RP machines :One year from the date of shipment
(excluding consumables)

Laser :2000hours or one year which is coming first.

Support

1.Full Course
The support expenses include spare parts and
their replacement labour charges,service and
maintenance of the RP machine are charge-free.

2.Standard Course
The support expenses include replacement charges of
component of the RP machine but excluding component
cost and consumables.

3.Spot Support
We answer our customer and/or dealer,on RP machine
and J-CAD3 via telephone and internet (charge-free).

1.Basic Course:Provide training on basic operation of J-CAD.(2days course)
2.Pro. Course :An advance training course for those having basic skills on J-CAD operation. (2days course)

NB:Multi-language speaking J-CAD trainers are available.
